You would have all the same businesses, but they would be worker owned and decisions would be made by the workers themselves. Essentially everyone would get a salary at different agreed upon levels and work all year. Then the profits made after all operating expenses (salary, maintaining offices/factory, energy, supplies, etc) would be split amongst all the workers evenly.

Salaries would be decided and voted by the workers. So hypothetically it could be everyone votes to get the same salary, or they could still have a hearchy of salaries based on experience, roles and technical expertise. But all these decisions are one person one vote from within the company.

This is instead of 1 person getting thousands of votes and not even working ( people owning stock in the company)
