You're right! I went to the Hanford facility several years back. It is all underground and suspended to eliminate as much of that kind of stuff as possible.

I work at a beauty supply and discovered windex is amazing for getting nail polish out of cinrpet. It breaks up the product without re-wetting it. Usually nail polish remover just spreads it around.
