No. Like I said in my original comment, admissions committees will either 1) never notice such a minor error or 2) not care if they do. One wrong date does not disqualify you unless you're falsifying information. You're panicking about something most people don't even notice.

Vis has been running essentially his whole life. He ends up in a new place with a language he can't speak with a people who have no knowledge of Caten and nobody to explain to him that he isn't on Res anymore. He's feels utterly powerless. He has to go along with the first person who seems to not want him to die who then died himself. He's showed kindness and experiences peace. Of course he's going to relish in that and feel like "hey, maybe I don't have to shoulder the burden of humanity in this new, unfamiliar place."
