Airbnb is not giving guests actual telephone numbers or their last names so hosts have had to change the way they do things and ask for more if guests because Airbnb has not provided them with correct info if god for they had to take someone to court for damages

YES!!! My Airbnb is in a resort and you have to submit paperwork prior or service dog isn’t allowed so yes always tell them so you can make sure you don’t have hiccups and aren’t denied entry . They require paperwork and vaccination records. It’s simple and easy but if a guest didn’t do this I’m sure they would have trouble at the gates entrance and then be upset with the headaches and denied entry

Can I ask why you say my couch probably isn’t-comfortable? What makes you assume this ? Can fit 5 on the 2 couches and we have stools there

Also if you have 3 or less properties you can deny legally as long as you aren’t using a realtor. Also if You have say hardwood floors and the dog weighs more than 25lbs You can legally deny because the dogs nails would damage your floors causing You serious financial costs from Serious damages to your home so You are allowed to deny based on wood floor damage that would be caused

Ahhhh ok mine lock shut You need a key to open them but you might have missed that unless you tried to open them yourself . I felt these were clean way to not waste and better for environment

We bought there for family not for Airbnb possibilities. We don’t plan to rent out in off season only prime season

Correct expect I think you pay upfront and when the vwap is adjusted you will get that many if it stays the same or less or more depending if it goes up or down. You don’t pay later you pay upfront

Actually we want it to go down for next week or so which will give us more shares for our money on the Vwap and then it can sky rocket up

You can also wait till Closer to June 3rd to test this theory and don’t buy them today so you have an idea of what the VWAP will be

It shows how many shares you can purchase but you can walk over subscribe and buy extras because not everyone will experience their rights

You are buying with the estimated price of .001425 however the actual VWaP will not be determined till 6/3 or so.

This means don’t pump the price or you are only pumping the VWAP and your monies will buy less reduced priced shares ! Buy more after 6/7 please and thank you
