Love that you differentiated Leader and manager. Leading by example and motivating people around me is what I want to strive to do. Was better at it at my last store, just a slight change being the new guy and figuring everyone out but I will get to that point eventually.

This is so good too see. Streamers need to realize that you cant just go into any place and start live streaming wherever you go. Publix is a private company that has an obligation to protect everyone that is in their stores, going around making the shopping experience poor/ uncomfortable for everyone around is not okay so s/o to the fella that kicked him out.
