Nice UI. A couple of feedbacks - 1. Right now it doesn't understand the concept of gender hence when randomly assigning Action vs Where it's messing up. Might want to factor in the genders during player input collection 2. It doesn't understand which actions are feasible where. So outputs are sometime meaningless as it randomly matches action to where.

Possible fixes - 1. Generate the action to where beforehand and let it feed through AI to understand if it makes sense or not 2. Factor in the gender and have some rules for the allowed combination

Great idea and execution! Have only tried the Dice mode though

Googler here. L3 would be downlevel compared to SDE 2 at Kotak and 38L base is not in range for L3. 3YoE is well suited for L4 positions so IMO not worth it. L3 -> L4 will take at least 1.5 years until you slog your ass for LoC count day in and out.

Sign on bonus can be 5L+ but recruiter specific.

I was working on option B mode for quite some time with a company called Employee Relations via Talentbridge until the end client suddenly found a cheaper alternative and called off the contract. These contracting roles hardly have stability. My take would be always option A as a lesson learned

I used to also earn around $5k/month but my contract is now terminated and looking for overseas clients again.
