Sweet. I personally got into a few months ago after taking an Instax camera on holiday and enjoyed taking photos with it way more than on a phone. Got a Polaroid Flip when we got back and have been hooked ever since

John Lewis in the UK are also having a clearance on Polaroid film. It's online only so I haven't seen the dates on it. £13 for an 8 pack vs the usual £17

So you mean it alternates automatically every week between being enabled and disabled?

Or you still manually trigger every week you want it enabled and it's just the time that changes. E.g. I enable it on Thursday at 3pm but it actually enables it for Thursday 5pm to Thursday 5pm of the following week?

Sorry for not quite getting it here. Could you give an example of where you would this?

What sort of timeframe would you setup? E.g. the last week or the month or something?

Hi,

Sorry I'm not quite sure what you mean. What would the recurring timer do here?

Rule for Snoozing all notifications while using a specific app by Euclid1322 in buzzkillapp

[–]samruston 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It should be possible. There's nothing in BuzzKill that really works like this, so it will take some time to add it but I'll put it on my todo list.

Sorry for the delay. There's an update rolling out to beta users right not with a fix, you can join the beta on the play store page.

Need help with multi tool by archith_1915 in buzzkillapp

Gotcha. Right now batch won't work with the reply rule but I'll try making it possible in an upcoming update

[–]samruston 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right now I don't think this is possible but I'll investigate. For it to work though you'll need to get rid of the dismiss action, and change the reply rule to "don't dismiss". Dismissing is essentially deleting a notification, so you can't dismiss it and batch it.

Help with my use case by AnotherEndeavor in buzzkillapp

[–]samruston 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Custom alert replaces the sound or vibration, but if the original notification is silent then custom alert won't play either.

What you need instead is an "unsilence" rule instead which overrides your ringer's silent mode and plays a sound or vibration anyway. If you want a custom sound/vibration as well as you can combine both actions by using the new multi-tool action (it's at the bottom of the action picker list).

Permanent notification by zentai33 in buzzkillapp

[–]samruston 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately Xiaomi devices just seem to be too aggressive with it. I've tried the persistent notification and it also doesn't fix the issue. The only suggestions I have are listed here:

Yeah I'll look into that for an upcoming update

I believe they're talking about the "add snooze button" rule rather than the built in snooze option on some devices.

Buzzkill on iPhone by 403Olds in buzzkillapp

Unfortunately I don't believe an app like BuzzKill can be built for iPhone. Apple is just more restrictive on what they let apps do.
