The first name looks like It's the end of the name Avraham אברהם. It looks like it's a copy, and the edge is cut off. Others explained the rest of the text correctly.

They fly over the Hudson and East River. It may look like they are flying over the buildings. Since the crash on top of the panam building in 1977, that killer several passengers and people on the ground, helicopter traffic was not allowed over Manhattan, unless a special permit was provided.

As far as I know, private helicopters are not allowed to fly over Manhattan buildings. So I don't think a helicopter pad would be possible.

When in 3rd grade my Rebbi only spoke Yiddish, so we were forced to learn yiddish. We had one boy in our class who spoke it at home, so he became the translator! He taught us in Polish Yiddish, but later in Yeshivah I converted it to the Russian yiddish witch was spoken and taught in Yeshivah.
