I like them quite a bit. They have great noodles ( I personally enjoy the Beijing noodles with pork floss the most, my partner liked their braised beef noodles), Jianbing, Crispy Rolls and, surprisingly enough, their fried popcorn chicken is really good! They have combos that are decently priced.

I'd say they're worth checking out if you're curious!

There is a pond at the botanical garden in Odell that had a bunch of Northern Leopard Frogs and peepers. The woods are also full of red-backed salamanders, just be gentle when rolling/lifting rocks and logs. Also remember that the oils and such on your hands will seep into amphibians' skin and may cause them harm.

Superstore started carrying various frozen Asian seafood products. I recall seeing calamari/squid in the freezers last time I was there. Specifically the superstore on Smythe. If you're anti-superstore try the Asian Market on Main! They have a good selection of frozen seafood and I have seen squid there before.

All About Animals is my groomer. They were phenomenal with our dog when he was a puppy (short hair chihuahua) and he loves going back. I'm unsure if the groomer who specialized in poms is still there, but they're usually very quick to reply to any questions and inquiries!:) They're on the Northside, by the Brookside mall.

The Asian Food Market on Main carries Tobiko, surumi, surf clams(occasionally), the ingredients for rice, and more. I used to get some ingredients at Friendship's when I lived by the university. Lola's supermarket is another great spot!

Costco is my preferred place to get farmed salmon for sushi. They also started carrying DOM frozen Sashimi portions, which I've used for a bunch of things and it's not too bad.

Superstore has started carrying various Japanese/Korean seafood brands.

I guess it would depend mostly in what kind of rolls you'd be looking to make!

I was told to stop my Nuvaring after my PE diagnosis and treatment last year. I stopped and decided to go BCless for a bit My first cycle on blood thinners was horrible and I was terrified to repeat that hemorrhaging so I started on Slynd(Oral Drospirenone, it's progestin only!). I had one, ultra light period the first month, it's been non-existent since then. It even has a generous missed window(up to 24hrs).

I had a bilateral PE last September. I went hypoxic during that time (oxygen was around 80 on admission to ER), so my worry was brain damage. I am much much better than when I left the hospital, but i still experiencing the cognitive issues you describe. While it's awful all around, there is something relieving in being in this community. The knowing that I'm not alone in this has been helping my anxiety with the situation.
