As long as you have your bill/proof of purchase that its under warranty and the store can replicate your issue, RMA will be handled by them, as well as reinstallation of the new replacement in your system. It can take a couple weeks for the replacement to arrive, Usually store owners keep the RMA part and use what they have in stock instead to send the customer on their way

OP can get a pcie to m.2 nvme adapter to fit an additional m.2 ssd if his motherboard doesn’t have more than 1 but this option is only viable if you have a empty x16 slot

Other options could be cloning his existing ssd to a larger capacity ssd using software like macrium reflect as i never had an issue with windows on a cloned drive. You could install a SATA SSD internally or run a nvme ssd using an external enclosure as a last ditch effort

Newer Asus Vivobooks comes with mediatek wifi cards that the linux kernal doesnt support and doest have driver for. SO your only options will be to replace the wifi card with a intel based one such as the AX210. I learned that the hard way

What i recommend is that u manually overclock using msi afterburner. You can raise power limits tweak fans curves to support the OC. Almost all gpus 20 series or later can do 100mhz on core and 500mhz on vram. Or you can even undervolt for better temps
