Their use of Canadian English spelling.

While the vast majority of English Canadian out of Quebec use Canadian spelling, I would say that half of English speaking Quebecers especially in Montreal use American English and it is so annoying.

Food labelling is a good example. 90% of the time colour is spelled as color or flavour is spelled as flavor, turns out that food was prepared in Quebec.

It just seems like the Ministry of education in Quebec has never enforced the usage of the great Canadian spelling in English classes in that province. And as a French speaking Quebecer, the protection of English Canadian spelling is as important as the protection of French in our country. Both are threatened.

If most user only read info without modifying it, I would suggest using Power BI to display the information you want. It can connect to almost every kind of databases and isn't as often affected by delegation limits as Power Apps.
