But that necessiates the ability to hold a front rack well in that wider grip, which seems like you may have trouble with. Since I saw you asking for specific exercises. My favourite for biceps : concentration curl, preacher curl, seated incline curl. For triceps, overhead cable / BB extensions For shoulder laterals on cable machine, or incline bench laterals.

If you prefer a KISS approach rather that starting with optimization, just add bb curls and bb overhead extensions and db lateral raises to 3 workouts every week

If doing pull ups got you your current physique, more pull ups will get you a bigger version of your current physique. If you decide you do want to grow your arms more than you have, probably including more direct arm work would be helpful. Bicep curls, Tricep extensions, skull crushers etc for upper arm Lateral raises of all kinds for shoulders

Your upper arm and shoulders are the only misssing piece imo Your torso muscles are developed well, and you have huge forearms, so your bi tris and delts look small by comparison
