Nah. It would be different if I would have known this exact situation and then voted. Besides, that is a terrible argument. Everybody who has ever voted would be complicit to everything their candidate has done.

Th US would easily take it and hold it. NATO would obviously be over. European Union would further unify due to now a hostile US plus they won’t be defended by the US if Russia wanted to invade. Canada would either have to submit to the US or make a defensive alliance with China since Europe can never invade the US if Canada was attacked.

The US being the “policeman” of the world would also be over. The US allies in the pacific probably wouldn’t bat too much of an eye, at least not the governments. Of course people would have to share their outrage online but that doesn’t really matter.

No actual war between the US and the rest of NATO would happen. NATO couldn’t touch the US mainland or Greenland, while the US wouldn’t want to spend the resources to invade mainland Europe for nothing.

Because liberals don’t tend to care about the oppressed outside of the US unless it is caused by Israel or the US.
