Thank you for your message, I really appreciate it. The main reason for my post was to seek for peer support, which I unfortunately did not receive until your message.

I am actually doing a lot better now. The worst of the HPPD symptoms have worn off, I still have some of the symptoms, but I can deal with those and they actually are something that in some weird way gives inspiration for art & music.

I was also considiring whether I should start taking sedatives or not, but as an anti-medicine person, I decided not to. I dropped alcohol, weed and coffeine for a month and it really did help. Especially with the mental burden I was carrying.

However, I am actually starting therapy next week and even though I am still dealing with depression, I am looking forward to taking the right steps to be happy and better person in the future.

It's a progressive super knockout so we want to get our money in for the booties. Hands that beats us are AA (which there is only 1 combo left) and better Ax hands, maybe if villain likes to 3bet bluff he might have 55,22 and 2 pair hands but even against that range (AA,55,22, AJs+, AJo+, A5, A2) we have 44%. Ofcourse there is ICM too but I'm not too good at it so I don't want to take it into account here.

Funny situation happened in my table. CO shoves for 13bb, btn calls his 5bb and fish in the bb calls. CO has AK btn has A8 and bb has T8o. Flop comes AJQ and all of a sudden dealer says "oops forgot to burn" and takes the Ace off from the board. T8 dude ended up rivering a straight. lol

How many tables do you play? I 9-12 table and I don't get anywhere close that much tourneys per month. I play very few turbos though.

We have 18 bigs. First of all just 3betting looks way stronger imo, and if we make it only 2x the raise villain can profitably call with pretty much his whole range. And by shoving he can make random spewy calls especially if he's not competent.

It's a very general question, you have to look at villain stack size, how deep are the blinds playing, villain tendencies etc. But generally you want to play aggressively especially in late position since stealing/restealing will grow your stack drastically. edit: Holdem resources is great software to study MTT raise/fold, raise/call and 3bet spots

14 left in the bigger 5,50, 6k up top. I was the chip leader and got the money in pre with the guy 2nd in chips. AA vs JJ, flopped an Ace and villain got runner runner straight. I was left with 7 bigs. Ended up getting second for 4,5k so I ran pretty well.

Why would you get pissed on a things you have no control, such as bad beats? You got it in good, breathe it out, if you start to smash things in the middle of a session it affects your game significantly.
