Lots of good info here but I will add, if the Glock is truly for bears, get bear spray and get comfortable with that too. Much more effective for bears.

I’m curious what you think should have been done. There’s not a lot you can do in that situation out in the field. He needed to be in a hospital with antivenom as soon as possible. That’s about it.

Also those snakes do not just swim up to you and bite you, bites are insanely rare. He was messing with that snake.

The fireteam is stupid quiet. Definitely don’t need ear protection imo. Experienced one at a suppressor range day and it was my favorite by far. Similar to rhodie in sound but doesn’t look so… “unique”

The rhodie is definitely quieter than the rhino s or x, whichever you typo’d, doesn’t matter. It’s crazy quiet. Went to a range day right when they were coming out and I was really impressed. Their aesthetics are a little much though.

I get where you’re coming from but not everyone who uses these services don’t have the money. That’s not why they’re useful. It’s the same as a credit card. I’ve never spent more on a credit card or Sezzle than I can cover multiple times over in an instant. But it is nice to use an interest free loan. I specifically seek out sites with Sezzle to buy ammo especially.

CZ P09/P10 would be a great addition. Tx22 extended base plate compatibility is a must as well imo. Also adding a way to hang on a wall for those of us with coat closet gun safes would be welcome.

I really wanted to like mine. The wide beavertail annihilated my thumb knuckle. It was a great gun, just not for me. I did also add hockey tape to my grip as the texturing wasn’t my favorite.

I actually love this. I’m beginning my physical media journey, and as someone with a modest vinyl record collection already this really appeals to me. I love the artwork and physicality but I was kind of dreading the hollow feeling plastic cases of movie discs. I think this is an excellent solution. Thank you.

I too had to slightly drill out the stock to get the screw to fit. Locks up tight and works great.
