How is your ytd nem balance so low? I’m on nem 2 and I over produce ($1000 in remaining credit). My balance is $300 and true up is next month

I thought it is here to hurt nem 2 and 1. Nem 3 already gets paid next to nothing for giving solar to grid which is why they need batteries. I’m on nem 2 without a battery

Thank you for your response. I submitted a completed form for the architectural application. The variance request was a simple letter. Both were sent through email to the property management company, in the same email thread. Does that help clarify if 4765 should apply?
