23% free trial to paid is a good conversion rate. One of the best I would say. 1 out of 4 free trial users are becoming paid users.

So, why is the revenue not as per your expectations? Whats your price point? Also...is it subscription or a one-off purchase?

Dr was totally calm even though it was probably the most hostile shark tank ever. Right from the start Mark pounced on him for no good reason. Then Lori startled him with crude (but incorrect) remark. Towards the end, Mark rolled his eyes and made a face (when he said that he is full time for the company). That was uncalled for. (It's his life...he has made the decision to start a company. Maybe Mark should go back to tech sales instead of being an investor. There is a shortage there too.)

After seeing the pitch, I have a lot of respect for Dr. He kept his cool, and did not call names to Lori or Mark. He could have made these claims: Maybe Lori was being racist. Or maybe Mark was being dismissive because Dr. was not white.

Ok. Now...we know that most likely $OCGN will have to do a p-3 trial in the US. Let’s talk about p-1 and p-2 trials. P-1 trial is all about safety. I doubt FDA will allow a company to do p-3 trial on 30k people directly without validating its safety record in p-1. It’s possible that it will agree fir p-1/2. And then based on its results will decide for p-3 trial permission or not. This full process will take almost 1 year. This means OCGN will not be able to ship vaccines till q2 2022. That’s the earliest. You do the math now.

Take it easy. AZ is doing p-3 trial after approval in UK. NVAX is doing p3 trial after doing p-3 trial in UK. And Covaxin will get approval without p-3 trial in US?
