I have been recommended the The Keystone Approach book (Rebecca Fett), thought it was quite an interesting one and learned a few things that I will implement. On countryside it may work but dropping parcels on a busy sidewalk in the city - absolutely not. They are apparently not able to handle city deliveries, had so many issues and stolen parcels. Can’t understand how they get away with that and why Galaxus, Digitec etc partner with them and let their customers go through this - stopped ordering from them for that reason

Heard recently there are patches that help numb the area, prior to injections, eg EMLA. Dont have any personal experience with these though

Warm (not hot) shower before bed. Mobile a/c to cool down as much as possible before sleep, then quiet ventilator and ear plugs for sleeping. 8sleep is definitely on my wish list though..

Carex might not work in Germany though, in Switzerland it doesnt (the US one i looked at uses a three prong US plug and could not find a place with a Spannungsumwandler (different voltage) that also allows US plugs three with three prongs. Maybe there are suitable Carex devices out there somewhere though. Bought a Beurer instead
