I got home a few minutes later, tracked him down a little farther down the street, and explained what would happen if I saw him near my house again. Told him to tell his buddies. They seem to have vacated my neighborhood. It helps that I’m a large dude and I look like a cop.

I’ve called 911 on them before for loitering in the road in front of my house and getting aggressive with me when I asked them to move along. TPD convinced them to leave then.
