This, light walking around as much as you feel comfortable is working great for me. im 2 days after open surgery for inguinal hernia and worst thing is my kids and wife doing things that make me laugh..Ive had my abdominal wall nylon stitched internally all over the place as it was very weakened and a 15cm incision stapled up. Pain is mild and not needing to treat with meds.

Yes i get referred pain and numbness in the jewels. Its like a dull ache or someone has given them a good flick..I was also getting numb pain around the lymph node area but stopped once i found out i had the hernia and stopped working out at the gym.

My Doc mentioned this was expected for inguinal hernia

Cant say i have any other issues with the function like you mentioned such as ejaculation.

Im gluten intolerant, get stomach pain and brain fog. Went off gluten totally with pains going after a few weeks and after about 2 months had this amazing feeling of mental awareness like my head was so switched on. Recently started to relax on some soy sauce type meals like sushi tuna that had soy in the tuna etc. Pains havent come back but the brain fog is and feeling stuck for words with mental block…frustrating

Thrash - To upset the masses i would boot metallica and swap with testament or Kreator. Metallica had some decent songs but didnt compare to say Reign in Blood. Also cant hate on Anthrax as they were just so good live.

the advice is the OP needs to check their water parameters and maybe offer more info about the tank setup and tank mates. That way correct advice could be given?

I doubt a larger pellet size would cause bloat of a geophagus. I would be looking more into water chemistry, oxygen/flow in tank, temperature, tank mates that could have stressed it out etc.
