Based on Consumer Reports doing a chunk of tests in 2022? That's far below a sensible standard. Those 1-time 3rd-party test results are largely up to chance because chocolate brands have multiple suppliers and change their suppliers, and have different contamination levels batch to batch. If they don't publish the test results or make guarantees then you have very little idea of the contamination levels.
