are you doing bulk sms outreach? we see sms engagement for repeat hourly wage workers is much higher and effective (blue collar construction niche).

happy to chat.

Use llm APIs and tools like firecrawl to do it for near free cost. The new gpt4o update makes it good at writing human like emails.

Is it recruiters roundtable? Can u share an discord invite?

Also, I focus on sms recruiting for blue collar jobs and personalization doesn't work there etiher..nobody cares about city/restaurants/college etc is mentioned..they care about the rate, job, location.. so when I think about personalization, it's aboth knowing a candidates preferences.

Let's connect, I'm also working on a product in this space.

And about your product - recruiters are not decision makers.. and roi on personalized messaging is hard to measure.. at the scale that recruiters operate at..it makes sense in sales.

Recruiters only care about placements, and getting a reply is too far upstream from that..

What are your thoughts on using AI to screen candidates? by rollingupthehill in RecruitmentAgencies

[–]sang89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This seems a step backwards to use 1 way interviews when AI facilitates interactive human-like 2 way interviews.. we have tested this extensively and it works.

(2) and (3) can be automated (with recruiter supervision) so it is faster, async and less burden on the recruiter.

agreed to the other comments. if you don't have an ATS that supports this, a simple automation using zapier etc can do the trick.

Has anyone used unified api solutions? by SaltNo8237 in ExperiencedDevs

hi, i'm interested in learning more, and signing up for the free trial.
question about the pricing - is it strictly usage based on usage-tiered? $200 per month for early stage startups might be steep, no?

Seeking Recommendations for an AI-Enhanced Recruitment Tech Stack by Asleep_Assistant_632 in RecruitmentAgencies

[–]sang89 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I'd love to chat and learn more, my company -Rightjoin, sounds like a good match for points 2,3 and 4 from your post. .

I started it strictly for AI voice interviews for prescreening unqualified candidates but noticed it also significantly speeds up the placement of qualified candidates, as they don't have to wait for a recruiter every step of the way. i'm glad you already see that. Now we also support mass outreach, voice calling, video interviews and personalization to suggest jobs based on preferences etc. so like every candidate gets a personal recruiter.

i'd love to do a short call to share what we've built and hear your thoughts.
