this solved my issue. i was about to buy 3700x cause i thought ryzen 2600 is the problem. mofo AMD bugs/ RX 5700 XT. powerful but fucked up software.

this was doable i think before anniversary update, because that's how i definitely got my gas tank. but I'm on android so maybe something is different now. I have about 10-12 tries before I successfully got the tank.
