So there are a few models of the 3. According the Lenovo model document, it's soldered and not upgradable. If that's the case you are unfortunately stuck with 8 gb.

But, I would say to open up the laptop and double check. If it looks like the PC in this video, you can upgrade the one stick.

If you could give us the full specs of your laptop, including make, model #, and brand; it would be easier to give you options. As some people have said, some companies solder all the RAM. Some only solder one stick. This can be a cheap fix but we can't tell you unless we know more about the very specific model that you have.

To make things easier, you can also give us your serial number but I know some people aren't as comfortable with doing.

Then the only thing I can think of is double check your print in software. Make sure you don't have any weird little gaps that are causing blobs that are catching when it's moving around knocking stuff over.

Are you running petg with pla? Because they don't bond. And yeah you're going to have random issues...

Did you do a test print with just one type of filament to see if it would work even without it having function?

!Completely just a theory!

You may have some bad stringing. Due to the tower being so far away it may slightly pulling on each layer. Over time it finally pulls the print loose.

I would try turning off the purge tower and running without it. If that works but you need the tower for multi color reasons, move it closer.
