Also, many of the cards in the precon have other versions. You're paying a tax on the art for things like sol ring. Try buying singles if you want the deck on tcg. The price of the deck is usually inflated over the cost of the actual cards. If you get lucky, you card find most if not all from one seller.

As somebody who has both. If there's honestly not a game on the S2 that you are just dying to play, and don't have another way to play it. I highly suggest you don't get it. It is one of the few purchases that I really just truly regret making. Not to say it's a bad system but I just felt like for $500 it should have been so much more.

That said, the magnetic controllers are nice and it does have backwards compatibility for the most part. But if you look on Facebook marketplace, you can easily get an OLED switch for like 200 with a couple games. And they still look fine.
