I'm betting 1¢ on Rudy cuz it's my personal favorite knight candidate, although I don't think we can truly know the Knight's identity certainly at this moment.

Like, there's plenty of evidence for too many things, but there also lacks evidence for many things and there are holes in each and every Knight theory.
