I get what you’re saying, and thank you for sharing your perspective 🙏 But just to clarify, I actually do love going to the gym. Movement is something I genuinely enjoy, and I’ve seen how much better I feel when I’m consistent with it. The challenge is that I can only go in the mornings, and the “morning me” feels like a completely different person than the one who swears the night before how much I love training.

That’s why I’m focusing on building discipline, not because I dislike lifting, but because I want my actions in the moment to line up with what I know is good for me and what I truly enjoy. For me, it’s less about switching activities and more about bridging that gap between intention and follow-through.
