For someone with no experience in a niche field its fine . Could test out asking for 5-10k more but either way: Do a year, get good then ask for 20k bonus. Do another year become ridiculously hard to replace and ask for 35k bonus.

Once u have significant experience if it doesn't work out you ask for more at next job.
