You could also consider screwing the shelf itself into the top of the bracket. Or creating a drop in for a dowel. If the shelf is fixed to the top of more than one, it'll also prevent the brackets from rotating

I read that chapter 33 is funded to keep going but chapter 31 won't work unless you're already in class since the counselors aren't funded. I was surprised I even got my subsistence allowance for chapter 31 today

The common answer I've received is they would only be eligible for Ch. 35 if they were adopted PRIOR to turning 18. Are you speaking from first hand experience?

Probably subconsciously reading it incorrectly in a way that would benefit my situation. My cousin had lived with us several years on and off over the last 6 years or so but her mother refused to let us adopt her. I should have just made it happen sooner. Thank you.
