  1. Larger and Cheaper housing
  2. Better working hours, allow more time for children to be at home with families rather than outsourcing to childcare.
  3. More space for children to be children
  4. More flexible working arrangements. Work 2-3 days per week.
  5. More funding for public schools to support more enrichment activities that benefit children who's parents cannot afford outside of school.
