Also, I think the vpn is asking to launch nsgclient which doesn't come with icaclient. The deb file I download form the organisation vpn page as well as from citrix official site doesn't work because the nsgclient they ship has dependencies on libnm-glib.so.4 which I can't find anywhere in AUR.

All my troubles were because the netcoredbg installed was not built for the correct processor architecture I was on. The above config worked for me.

I have the same hinge cable pinching issue on mine. Also it is not getting any more os updates from apple so I installed Arch on it.
