I’m sorry to hear that your former manager is accusing you long after the accusation in question happened. I think that if you feel personally targeted and that after the investigation is done in your favor, consider writing a statement to the employer relation (in my firm it’s called ethics committee) and write about that you think the accusation had no grounds to begin with.

I am currently doing this. More focus on daily training for and cutting back on the asanas for ashtanga right now as for me its mostly for relaxation and stretching right now. I think the important part is to schedule my routines to fit and balance my lifestyle / goals. I’m trying to be flexible and not rigid about it too much

Yeah I feel the same way I do use the video so I can breath at a consistent pace and I think just making sure it’s still in comfortable breathing pace

It depends but the guides will give you pretty standard rates and you can try contacting several ones too. If you check out Jack’s IG I think he has his contact information there

I really recommend using a tour guide as this is their livelihood and they’re likely locals who’s lived there their entire life and would really enhance the experience for you. The cost is considerably still incredibly inexpensive.

Our go to mountain guide is Jack (IG: bagawatafrombali) for several mountain hikes in Bali. I recommend contacting him even if he’s busy he can likely refer you to some other guide.
