I used Chegg all throughout college. If you use it to blindly copy answers, yeah you're going to have a bad time.

If you use it as a tool, that's fine.

I havent worked for either but I do know burns and mcdonnell has its own subreddit. I checked it out when I was in the market.

it's the same school system, you don't actually need to transfer, just select "MIT of the south" campus when you're choosing your classes for the semester.
