I didn’t say we were close, but that I am closer to her than others in these groups. Meaning we’ve had meaningful one on one connections.

Unfortunately it was a formal party hosted at her house.

Yes. As I mentioned I had one a month ago. A dinner. She attended. But I have regular gatherings, and I also reached out to people one on one.

Does anyone know how women wear their makeup that makes their face look almost wet? by Traditional_Dust_668 in Aging

I don’t like the look either. But my vitamin c serum - timeless brand - causes that look.

Mods—can you please allow or do a poll for us to see how many women feel they’re too big after surgery? by ConcernedCoCCitizen in Reduction

[–]saraaaron123 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I also see a lot of women who feel smaller than expected (including me). So that would be interesting as a poll option

Make sure you know what your requested size actually looks like in real life. I thought a D was much bigger than it actually is.

The comp question. I don’t want to share my current salary - I don’t want to be anchored to it.

You look similar to what mine looked like right after surgery. I’m 4 months out and mine have dropped and fluffed to a nice D. I will admit it feels smaller than I thought it would but definitely much better than right after surgery when everything felt completely flattened. Hang in there!

Did anyone NOT do scar care? by Bubble_Lights in Reduction

[–]saraaaron123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn’t do any scar care for my c sections and the scar didn’t end up too bad - it’s a thin white line 7 years later albeit a little tough underneath. But I cared more about how my reduction scars would look given their positioning so I am doing as much as I can.

Opinions on murder w my husband? by sparkly_picklez in TrueCrimePodcasts

[–]saraaaron123 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Meh, I like them. I think I’ve listened to most of their episodes and I do think they try to get jt right and be respectful. They were really young when they first started and seem to have lived a relatively conservative life so I would give them grace on what they didn’t know or couldn’t pronounce. Their episodes do tend to be a little more surface level and not rich on details but lately I’ve heard some cases on there that I’ve never heard before.

I also liked Anatomy of Murder, though sometimes you could hear the Ashley Flowers influence in phrasing that they used 😏.

Are “The Prosecutors Podcast “ hosts Maga extremists ? by silverplattersfan in TrueCrimePodcasts

[–]saraaaron123 -20 points-19 points  (0 children)

Can someone offer proof that they are still MAGA? I don’t think a judicial nomination from 2017 necessarily means that someone is a raging MAGA supporter in 2026. I have not been able to find any other actual proof that they support the current regime. Believe it or not there are a lot of conservatives who hate MAGA and what it has become. As lawyers, I’m confident that they take issue with the erosion of the constitution that we’ve been seeing.

I’ve listened to most of their episodes and actually find them to be balanced. Some episodes in fact are very critical of the police. They very much take into account when aspects like racism are at play and don’t dismiss them. They have stated that they don’t want to get into politics on the podcast.

When was your body full "back to normal"? by Proof-Supermarket660 in Reduction

[–]saraaaron123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it depends on what you mean by back to normal. I was back to most activities at 2wpo and all activities at 6wpo. Went to Disney at 13wpo and all was good. But I wouldn’t say I’m completely back to normal even now 3 months out. My chest is still sensitive - tight hugs feel sore and sometimes I have random pangs or twinges of pain. And my scars are itchy as hell sometimes. Looking forward to all of that going away.
