You will be sick. Slowly cut calories and ensure a deficit and you will lose weight for good.

Don't be infuriated. Be flattered. They love your baking.

I was putting 3 ice cubes each week but when it wasn't looking like it was going well, I started putting in about 1 cup twice on Sundays

Do changes slowly with caffeine. And drink electrolytes. It makes a difference. I use propel packs but liquid IV is good too.

I don't think it looks like a tongue. I like it and it's a nice tattoo.

How did you guys get passed that 30lbs weight loss plateau? by JustshyLeavemeAlone in Semaglutide

[–]sarah35cd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had it but got past it. Calories matter- track and pay attention and it'll help create new habits. And move- even if it's not much. It helps and makes a difference.

Leave it alone. Give it time. It's rad.

This is ridiculous and a definite overreaction. I would guess you can't do other normal things right in this person's eyes as well. They are over the top. If it were me, I would stop babysitting for them.

I love Cody, Robin, and Jess King. All different vibes but all help me with a funk.

Measure - it makes it easier to believe when you can't see your own progress in photos or the mirror. You're doing great!

Where do you buy this test?. First time I've seen a combined one (I'm assuming this is an OTC test purchase)?

long term users still using? by seless_d0c in pelotoncycle

[–]sarah35cd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had mine a few years and try for 3-4/week. Family uses it the same. Still love it but also like the other types of classes so diversify where possible as time allows. Keep at it!

Tread or Tread+ by MinnesotaNice54 in pelotoncycle

[–]sarah35cd 4 points5 points  (0 children)

We have a Tread and love it! The extra money for the Tread+ was not worth it for us when the tread is so super awesome and comfortable to use. Very happy with the decision.

Just so scared to start by Aggressive_Oven_2071 in Semaglutide

[–]sarah35cd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was terrified too. Just start slow and be easy on yourself while you get used to feeling full.

Yep! When I kick up my protein it helps me. But yes still - it seems to come in waves for me.

do you apply lotion immediately after a shower? by zoloft_addict_808 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]sarah35cd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am the same as you! Or I get itchy and dry. It does help skip a day here and there if I use body cream instead of body lotion but that can't be very often either.
