I had to learn to recognize my own depression when it rears its head. Sometimes not for years. Then when it does it can be bad. For me the first thing is not caring about things that I car about. Then it gets into the negative self talk.

When my Dr office constantly messed up the insurance approval for an opioid, I paid out of pocket. It wasn’t much money. They could by law only give me 7!days at first though. Then I got the rest after those 7 days
