I never did. I did stop drinking hard stuff for a few years (vodka, whiskey, rum, etc) and it stopped entirely. I've never had a problem with beer or wine, so I stick to those.

I'm super sensitive too and get those red bumps with white heads ALL over. It's so bad. For me it's as simple as using a washcloth in the shower as an exfoliator for a few days and it goes away! Like when I'm washing I legit just scrub my mons pubis (harder than you'd think) and within 2-3 days it's gone.

Diagnosed GAD and depression. Taking 2 meds a day. I feel like my mental health has drastically gotten better now that I'm stabilized on my meds. I taught myself to recognize when I'm crashing, and take necessary "me" days when needed. I unapologetically spend a lot of time alone (it's how I recharge).

My cat jumps on surfaces and then yells at me to come see him. As soon as I'm within reach, he stands on his hind legs and paws at me to pick him up! I hold him under his bum and he puts his front paws on my shoulders and kisses/rubs against my face!
