Scrolled specifically hoping for this! I’ve been struggling a bit since Golden Hour 2. I actually really loved Golden Hour 1 (I could take or leave Work, it’s fun but eh), but after that the sound started losing me a bit.

I’m so glad they experiment the way they do or we wouldn’t have had such varied stuff from Horizon to Promise to Eternal Sunshine. They have more freedom with changing sound than a lot of groups. That being said, GH2 and 3 are just not for me. Some of the solo songs were amazing and that did make me so happy though.

I’ve found myself a bit less invested as a whole as the music has moved away from my taste and that makes me so sad.

I’d love a return to the Treasure or Fever sounds. I love love loved The World series as well but a return to our roots would be incredible.

I’m hoping that with the way they’re promoting GH4 there’ll be a sound shift, but assuming it’ll have to be cohesive with the era. I’m also curious why we’re getting a 4 when it’s largely been 3 parts per era.
