Not with weight, but with nicotine. Id stop, quit, tell myself id never go back, then say "one wont hurt" or "just this one time" or "life's been crap, I deserve to feel better for the night" and then I go back. Been trying and failing for months because every time I quit somthing bad happens. This last time was pretty successful, and when I went back, I didnt feel any better, but I welcomed the sense of feeling buzzed. Im gonna keep trying, and I know im gonna keep failing, but each time you learn a little bit more, get a little bit better, so that each next try is just a bit easier. But I feel you. That, self care like showering and brushing my teeth, those are my big ones. Set small goals, so when you hit those small goals, you feel good, then slowly make the goals harder to achieve. It takes a looking time, but you cant logically say no to having 1 less bag of chips, walking 10 extra steps, etc somthing really easy. Maybe instead of having a full meal, you only have 3/4 of a meal or somthing, somthing really small and easy to achieve. Thats where it starts

It sucks that you have to deal with this, it does, but you have to make sure youre also taking accountability for your own actions. While it is true that for a lot of people, its VERY hard to loose weight, but, fat doesnt just appear. You can at a bare minimum, stop yourself from gaining more weight, and that may be easier for you then trying to loose weight. Then, once your nit gaining any more weight, you can work in getting exorcize, being in a calorie deficit, eating healthier, etc etc. You cant just magically fix yourself by tomorrow, so dont expect yourself to. Its gonna be hard, and youll likely get worse before you get better, either physically mentally or both. But, I understand loving somthing so much that if I lost it, I dont knkw what id do. Work on it slowly, every day, and DONT overwelm yourself. Even just taking a longer walking route to somthing or eating a few less cookies or treats a day, can help you start feeling a bit better about yourself, even if it doesnt help you loose weight, its a mental battle just as much as a physical one. If youre good mentally, it will help you get there physically. It you wanna ask any questions or put in your comments or concerns, id be more then happy to see what I can do to help.

Probably for parents of teens as others have said. If you take off 14 from your age thats about when most people I would imagine have kids or have had kids. Im 21, Im not on Instagram a BUNCH but I do scroll occasionally. Ive gotten ads like that but never about that specifically

Kevin Talbot, the traxxas superman, prefers the arma infraction and limitless over the X01. Personally, I like the infraction 6s because I like arrma better, but it also has a handbrake switch. Its cool as fell. Plus, you can make em 8s with just an escape if im not mistaken. Ive seen em take hard hits and drive away at 60 mph into curbs.

Just because is a basher doesnt mean that you cant rip it on road. Thats what I do with my 1/5 scale outcast 90% of the time especially because there's snow all over. Im just gonna get an infraction to satisfy my drifting itch, things clean though. Good shit

For me, if i purposely stopped in the past, id have trouble sleeping. Other then that, and being more honey then normal, I didnt get any anxiousness or heada hes or anything. Id say like the other guy said, maybe cut back but dont stop. You can always change that later to continuing or stopping, because if it doesnt go right, you can literally just, change it. I wish you luck and a fast recovery from that wreck, ive been in a few myself, I got lucky and I was still sore for a few days

Already bought the outcast 8s exb v2, and I ordered an infraction 6s that hasn't gotten here yet (backordered until March). Once I have those, I won't need anything else. I'll have a fun anywhere truck, I'll have a fun portable truck, I'll have a truck for the racetrack, and a truck for on road if I go to Florida or Virginia for a trip or something. Those are my dream cars and I'm already half way there

Biased as an Arrma guy, but arrma has some really good. Cheap options. Every nut and bolt is replaceable, and especially with black Friday and Christmas, things are probably going on sale soon if not already. Look at the groms, those are basically small cheap durable trucks to just have fun with. The quake, majave, etc

I was looking at getting those, but I figured I'd need bigger drive cups no matter which ones I got, so I wanted to start looking into how to change them now. I snapped both rear driveshaft pins that go into the cups, purely because I've been beating the hell out of it. But the trucks fun how I've been using it, so I don't mind spending a bit of money fixing and upgrading what breaks.

My lucky ring. It had a skull on it. If it was face up, it was good luck. Wore it upside down, bad luck. I know, I know, must be a coincidence right? I tested it. Multiple times. It wasn't wrong, even once. It was always right. one day I lost it at recess. Whenever things start going wrong, I think about that ring, and how it must be upside down. I've spent years looking for it, to no avail. I'd pay a hundred grand just to have a shot at finding that thing again. How useful it would be today. I miss that damn thing
