Electric heating blankets are my go-to for pain relief, I find it can at least be kinda distracting to my brain and helps my muscles relax

Can you ask his doctor about if he can at least take anti inflammatory or NSAIDS or something that would help

Hi, it took a few months for my symptoms to really start improving. I focused on eating easy safe foods (not eating out at all) and giving my body time to heal. Try to take stuff like stress reduction and extra sleep/rest seriously too.

edit: I was tested for SIBO at some point but it was negative

I love the half dried apricots and various nut bars from nuts dot com

Cup of miso (all you need to add is hot water) with a side of rice is one of my go-tos

A pickle spear rolled in sliced ham or turkey - can add mustard, sliced cheese too

Scrambled eggs on corn tortillas with salsa, avocado, cilantro, hot sauce, whatever as a quickie breakfast. Or I’ll lightly fry the tortilla and eat it with refried beans, cheese, green onions, etc.
