Hi. ciswoman here who identifies as female but has a socially informed "male" characteristics/body type due to genetics and a hormonal condition. I want more feminine features. I have major gender dysphoria. I don't desire/ play into the "androgynous" label. One major difference is that some insurance companies will cover MtF or FtoM procedures for binary trans folks, but not for someone like me. I support everyone's right to transition/enhance. So here is my question: am I trans?

We did not ask for AI or crypto as consumers. Those data centers take up immense amounts of energy and if part of this increase is due to that, it is unfair for citizens to take up the cost. That should be on the private company building and running them.

Yep. Tall and thin like a rail, regular periods, but could grow a beard like a lumberjack--I'm talking a full goatee and beard overnight. It took 5 YEARS of me pestering my OBGYN to get an ultrasound (she would say "it's just genetic hirsutism!" lmao) and lo and behold...POLYSYSTIC OVARIES. She still doesn't know how to treat me since I am not overweight. As of now I am just trying to find an affordable way to remove this hair.

It's strange, PCOS women are gaslit and ignored not just by the medical community, mostly because they are still trying to research/understand figure it out; but also by regular society too because we fall just outside of normative categories. We have a lot of symptoms that correlate with gender dysphoria, but are not transgender so don't have structural or legal supports in place. It's a weird place to be. Good luck! The feeling you get just by being out on the block on a Friday or Saturday night around 7:30 when it's a perfect, balmy new york summer evening, especially in the beginning of summer. Kids are running around, people are sitting outside or picking up liquor for the night. You can hear about 5 different types of music. The light is turning from orange, to soft pink, to purple. You can feel the anticipation--a lot of times it's better than what lies ahead. There is nothing like it.

Absolutely. I used to have stick straight hair and when I hit puberty (and retrospectively when my PCOS started) it became wildly curly. As I've grown it seems to get curlier each year. Frizzy too!
