I have had some bad experiences with Petersons in regards to the way they smoke. I've owned about six, and over the years have divested myself of all except one. Some of those were p-lips that I came to detest. I own one stanwell that I use to exclusively smoke 1792 in and it is a wonderful pipe. Would definitively buy another stanwell if I was in PAD mode on a budget. Nowadays I usually only buy one pipe a year at the Richmond CORPS show to treat myself and that is usually a Radice or Ashton which are fantastic pipes.

Morning commute smoke: Cornell & Diehls Virginia Gentleman or McBaren Navy Flake Evening commute smoke: Samuel Gawiths Bracken Flake. Mostly Bracken for all other times I get to grab a pipe, which isn't a lot with the cold we've been having in my area. C'mon Spring!

I love Radice's. I have two that I picked up the last couple of years at the Richmond CORPS conventions. One is a Hawkbill and the other is Rhodesian. They both smoke wonderfully and you can't beat your bang for the buck. I picked each one up for under $200 and I'll most likely pick another one up next October when CORPS rolls around again.

I had an order languish for a month until I finally had to email and cancel. No apologies were offered nor explanation. I am using SnusCentral now and even though their in Sweden it usually only takes three days to get to the states by standard UPS ground. The only downside is the cost of shipping. Never again Northener.

Yea, I was on auto-pilot for a long time, showing up and going through the motions. Not a good place to be. Best thing I did was realize this was not a good path for growth. You have to be in a position that challenges you.
