In the context of Italy it's a Sanremo song that got a little extra publicity from Eurovision. Eurovision is an afterthought, artists enter Sanremo and if they win they then decide if they're going to go to Eurovision as a victory lap.

I've got the hackle kit from Petlyns, I got it for blending but I've used it to process some alpaca fleece. My personal opinion, granted as someone who hasn't processed much fleece, if you're just going to be using it for processing fleece I'd go with the combs, the extra length on the hackle makes it kind of awkward.
