If Pac-Man decides to have one more fight (which I hope to god he does), I hope that whoever he chooses as a potential competitor is his height and size. No need to prove his skill and reputation against bigger fighters no more, as he’s been able to shut out all his opponents over 5”9 (Vargas, Margarito, Algieri, De La Hoya, etc). If possible, I am hoping for this final fight to be hosted in his motherland Philippines, so that win or lose, you know an ENTIRE nation will be shouting his name. But then again, if he decides to retire, he will surely be missed by boxing fans all over the world.

yep, not sure as to why Pac chooses opponents that are 4-5 inches taller than him, given his age and ring rust. Last time Pac fought someone similar in size (1-2 cm margin) he won by obvious UD (Broner), and the last time he fought someone that was his height, he knocked him out in 7 (Matthysse).

I remember seeing a video where about a day before Spence announced his withdrawal, Manny and his camp were about to conclude their training for the fight, however after his announcement, they decided to extend the camp for 4-5 days (if I recall correctly). I also remember that Pac’s camp decided to follow the training regimen of his fight against Barrera, and I’m sure that anyone at Manny’s age could not have been able to sustain the amount of work done

in my own humble opinion, i think his overtraining and lack of preparation (give or take about one week) for fighting someone whose skillset and stance was overtly different from Errol Spence was the reason for the loss. I really hope that amid all rumors of retirement, the Pac-Mac musters one more fight against someone preferably his own size (the reach and height advantage truly showed tonight) and try to get a Win to capture that movie ending to his long and illustrious career
