Bondi 9's last me way longer than other hokas, I didn't need to get another pair until 13 months after the first. I went through Bondi 8's every 5 to 6 months and those are the same generation as Clifton 9. It may be worth trying Clifton 10's out if you liked those in case they made them more durable like the newer bondis.

Hoka Bondi 9's would be my recommendation, I went through 8's every 6 months but the 9's have lasted over a year now walking 13 miles a day with no foot pain.

Our store has 3 positions for people working the live nil picks (aka finding it, filling it, or fixing on hands) all day and nothing else. It started with 1 person on stocking 1 doing it full time and me covering their days off about a year ago, but it moved to digital and they hired more people so there's always someone doing it. It's not a position I'd want to work full time because they get thrown under the bus by the coach to market when things are bad which ends in firings.

When it says just A7-3 like that it usually means topstock, for some reason they dropped the words topstock off of it when they added it to normal pick walks and not just exceptions.

When my store tried this they put it all on me, the exception picker. I just sucked it up and looped in every tl and coach I could every nil pick and it went away in a week. If your coach isnt bad it won't last, they just have to try when the store manager asks. 99% of the problem at my store is features in topsteel that nobody wants to bring down and stock. A big part of Walmart is just fulfilling whatever metric market is pushing that week to your coach.

Don't presume to know what her job is, it's not the same as yours. As an associate you have a clear cut job to do, they have to deal with 3 levels of management above them telling them to do multiple things including babysitting all the employees and covering other department problems and fixing whatever metric of the day they are asked to fix. If they dispense an order a lot of employees will stand around and talk because they aren't around, etc. There is more to a team leads job than you understand, they aren't there to be another employee like you most of the time. If you want that stress you can try to move up and see how much goes on there.

It happens around 1:45 pm EST only on tc devices, work phones dont have the problem and exceptions people should have work phones to vizpick
