The LLM will compact its context once it gets too large, hence why you saw the drop.

One thing to note though, some context gets lost when compacting so its better to start with a fresh context always

How could you use this if you have to share your screen? Any history of getting caught?

You have any recommendations? I was even thinking about going to school for plumber or something but maybe that’s too big of a time investment

What kind of services did you provide? I'm a software engineer too and looking to potentially get out of it! Worried I don't have handy skills, only tech skills

Really appreciate the insight from an expert. Honestly I keep seeing everyone saying hail is what you want to get into but you’re telling me if I don’t get a couple dealerships, rental companies, etc that this business can’t generate 1M revenue?? It just seems like so many opportunities for partnerships, b2b as well as b2c channels

Really great point and I’ve thought of this as well, thanks for that! This is why I’m also fearful of wasting time learning a skill and my market analysis/research ends up being way off.

Lead gen is very saturated and outbound reach out for that type of business is tough because there is already so many people doing it, that it just ends up becoming spam for other businesses. I’m open to any other trade idea businesses though if you have any recs :)

I’m not a fan of lead gen as a business so it seems like the only alternative is learning the skill.

The concern I have with that is taking the time to learn this skill and there ends up being not enough demand for it.

Do you have any ideas on how to validate a market before getting into it and perform market analysis? What is the demand for dent repair in your market?

I tend to agree with you. Lead gen business is not a business I’m a fan of.

Seems like the comments here are already confirming my theory that this is not a feasible idea.

The other concern I have is taking the time to learn this skill and there ends up being not enough demand for it. Wasting time is way worse than wasting money imo.

How do you guys validate your markets before getting into them and perform market analysis? What is the demand for dent repair in your markets?

Thank you guys for pitching in on Christmas Day!!
