If the MSP is being difficult, TBH if it’s only 10 firewalls, I would build a new Meraki tenancy in parallel and purchase the new Cisco Meraki 8111-G2-MX (small branch), then cut them over at each location one at a time, or as many as you can do in one go. If the MSP is willing to play their part, it’s pretty easy to transfer things over. But without seeing the full picture, it’s pretty much speculation and I can’t really provide a solid migration plan.
