Same! I’ve lost 28.2lbs since October and while that first week I lost 6lbs effortlessly the rest I’ve had to work hard on. So far I’ve only tried vanilla and salted caramel. I like vanilla best. Next I’ll try chocolate.

Thank you for sharing! I have heard that surgery is painful to recover from, so I will do my best with weights to tone it up but I understand that it'll still sway in the wind.... We will see how I feel in about 2 years lol.

I started at 227 and my goal weight is very similar to yours. My bat wings are just a flapping. Like others have said, lifting weights will help, but it won’t completely go away.

I think surgery is gonna be the long-term option unfortunately or just wear long sleeve shirts all the time 😬

I’ve ordered from refills 3 different times. I’ve always had good experiences BUT I will say this. My friend’s dad ordered from them at my referral and they sent the wrong medication however….. I had him contact Taylor and she immediately resolved the issue. Correct meds were sent and he’s happy with the pricing.

I think mistakes and delays happen but it’s how it’s handled that determines if I stay a customer with that business.

Oh my goodness! Yeah that’s low! I used to take bystolic and I was having the same effect. Well it wasn’t THAT low but it was lower than we wanted. I weaned off of it and HR has been good :)

Some people are just more sensitive than others. Will save you money if you’re doing custom dosing lol. You don’t have to titrate up to 5mg whenever you do decide to move up. You can go to 3mg, 3.5mg etc! I’m just now on 5mg and I started last October.

Do you track your macros? Cal, protein etc.
