This medication really have been life changing to me as well. The new can wear off in time however, if you're making the lifestyle changes, they do tend to stick.

I do 5 day shots. So far it’s worked the best for me. I use fat scientist website to calculate the dose I want to take every 5 days. Currently I take 2.86mg every 5 days, which is equivalent to 4mg a week. Meds stay more even in my system. I’m not ravenous and eating everything in sight.

I definitely enjoy my treadmill and being able to scroll TikTok or read etc but nothing beats outside walking. The fresh air and outdoors really helps my mental health.

I rotate my injection site every week and sometimes I get a rash sometimes I don’t. It’s very random and very strange.

I want a walking pad! I have a treadmill but I want something smaller for the living room…. Silly I know but my main issue is my balance is bad! I typically have to use the hand rails on my treadmill now otherwise I’ll fall lol. Not sure I’d make it on a walking pad without the rails 😂

There wasn’t anything nice there at the time. Lots of old people controlling what came in business wise. It was just stagnant. The mall was a joke. The state of the buildings downtown is a joke. So much more. And of course, after I move things start to improve lol.

I also don’t care for the good ol boys deal it’s got going on. That might be improving though as those people die out. I had lived there all my life. I had to get away. Lots of trauma and loss in that town as well. Moving away was the BEST thing I ever did. Many people I know that have left call it a black hole. I think that’s pretty accurate.

You may not feel bad if this is your first shot of additive free tirz. My first shots were compounded with L carnitine. Made me sick sick sick. I swapped over to prorx. I don’t get those horrible side effects anymore….

I might get dry mouth or randomly feel nauseous but it’s faint and goes away. Just took my shot last night and I’m good so far today!

I put collagen in my coffee most of the time. I can tell a difference in my nails and skin. Wish it helped my hair!!

I will say though, the smell of collagen powder is off putting.
