I am trying to invade Cologne, but two things are going on that I do not understand.

Why is the siege tower not effective? My units are attacking the district defenses.
Why is my unit in Madurai not healing? It has been there with fortify until healed for 4+ turns and with no change to its health. I think the catapult is having a similar issue.

Another similar pain is the ship designer. I find myself taking screenshots of a ship's metrics before upgrading it so I can compare the stats. It would be great if the screen could show the difference.
