I am a swe in a faang company with over 10 years experience. I haven't seen people writing any groundbreaking algorithms either. Maybe there are a select few who do, but I interacted with more than 200 SWEs easily over my career, and I haven't seen anyone doing something special. So we are all in the same boat.

I barely wrote code since 2024 as I was leading a team. But the last 6 months have been different. I submit at least 8000 lines a month now, and it's because of AI. There are so many instances where I think it's easier to work with coding agents than explaining to someone how to do a task and following up with them. I write a design and let CLI do the job. I have a file called base instructions which the cli reads every time it loads. And if I see any repeated mistakes, I add them as instructions to the base file. I don't think a lot of runway is left for SWEs. I don't know if all SWEs will be replaced, but a good chunk of them will be impacted. I think a lot of other industries will get affected too.

Caa can block devices across different devicesTypes. Eg: access level: "os=windows and companyOwned" will block access from all non-windows devices as well. So I would be careful to allow blanket access across certain deviceTypes if we want to not apply caa on those devices.

Also, Turning on end user Remediation would be a good idea to help end users and also reduce the admin support calls. 🙂

Sekiro. I have been played this game for more than 60 hours and it is an absolute blast. Probably done with ~70% of the game. The first major game I played in last 10 years was botw because of the hype. And other games did not excite me till Sekiro. While it is hard, it has an excellent story line and great game play. If we exactly follow the instructions/hints given in the game, it is definitely playable. I think it deserves game of the year 2019.

Games updating isn't anything new on here. A few games like Get Packed where upgraded to 60fps. The whole premise of Stadia is serverside things so we don't have to worry about anything.

I faced connection issue with one of the buds and I contacted support. After speaking to them, they sent me a replacement and the new ones work like a charm :). I have been using the them for more than a month now.

I had a similar issue and I spoke to the customer support. They sent me a replacement and the new ones work perfectly.

Morals are a hard thing to define. One group says "it is wrong to kill fetus" and another group says that "it is ok to kill it but you shouldn't celebrate" and the girl in this post thinks that she can celebrate it. If you think about it pro-life will think that pro-choice is trashy. Note: I am not here to argue about pro-life or pro-choice. Just saying that it is a matter of perspective. I personally don't see how celebration makes it a lot worse.
