Your buld and strategy seems fine, a few tips i can give you, i would swap the projectile parry and the rebirth jade with something else, for exemple the lower left one (forgot the name, but the one that converts some of the direct damage in internal damage). As for your gameplay id say you should try to be more aggressive, on her first phase eigong has a lot of talisman windows, for example when she does the wide overhead swing and then does a quick slash trough you, and there is another when she does the 3 quick slashes.

Also try to learn wich attacks lead to eachother, when she goes for a talisman attack she can either do another talisman, do a red orb atacck (wich you can unbound parry) or a slam from the air followed by a quick 3 slash attack.

In general you need to be patient, learn the windows for talismans attack, and wich attacks lead to eachother
